HūRosa

In the resonance of Oneness, all petals of becoming spiral from a single breath. HūRosa begins here…

Our intention is to steward a living love field – a sanctuary of resonance, learning, insight, and practice to fine tune our human experience.

Beneath the surface of ordinary life pulses a simple truth we are here to remember together.

is the breath of the ineffable. It is a vibration – a call beyond language, resonating with the Source-field that precedes all form. To intone “Hū” is to vibrate in alignment with that which cannot be seen, only known: the silent symmetry behind sound.

Rose/Rosa, in contrast, is the signature of emergence. Across alchemical and mystic traditions, the rose marks the heart’s unfolding – a geometric and emotional revelation that integrates beauty and suffering, implosion and expression.

HūRosa is a living word that circles into itself

a prayer spoken through breathing, spiraling and blooming.

HūRosa
RosaHū…

Hū is the breath of origin. In the glyph, it rises as the H – a radial projection emanating outward in all directions, like the torus field that surrounds every living heart. A torus breathes. It moves out from center, curves back, and returns through itself in endless coherence. Hū is that motion as sound. The exhale before language. The pulse before form. To sound it is not to call to the divine outside and separate from us – it is to vibrate as the very essence of divinity.

At the center of the glyph, the ṙ silently holds the spiral – the axis around which all turning organizes itself. This is the still point inside all motion, the logarithmic spiral found in nautilus shells, in galaxies, in the growth of every living thing. It is neither arriving nor departing. It holds dynamic stillnes, the place where being and becoming are in perfect equilibrium. In the body, it is the moment between the inhale and the exhale. The pause that contains everything.

Rosa

At the base of the glyph, the rose rests inside the vesica piscis – the ancient geometric form created by two circles meeting at their centers, the oldest symbol of the generative heart. The rose itself is a living fractal, its petals unfolding in golden ratio proportion, spiraling inward and outward simultaneously. Rosa is love taking form. Not reaching outward in search of itself – but blooming, for blooming is its very nature.

Together, these three principles create HūRosa
a space that invites the body, mind, and soul into tuning.

It is the resonance of unity spoken as a single breath.
A remembrance carried in the voice, felt in the heart, lived in the present.

Our Vision

HūRosa follows an ancient current carried forward in every age by those who orient their lives toward the sacred. We take our place in that lineage as one more lamp lit from the same flame.

We are building a sangha: a community of souls drawn here by something within them that recognizes both a calling and a possibility. There is something here to receive, something here to offer, and a deeper life ready to be lived.

We step beyond the illusion that speed, constant stimulation, and digital contact can replace the nourishment of embodied, meaningful human connection. HūRosa makes room for presence: shared tables, friendship, service, time in nature, music, beauty, practice, and the kind of face-to-face encounter through which people can truly know and support one another.

HūRosa holds sanctuary and celebration, retreat and training, mystical study, cultural exchange, and attunement to natural rhythms.

Sacred sound practices from around the world are central in our offerings, explored through music, instrumental study, voice and chant, rhythm, listening, silence, and direct experience.

We are co-creating a culture of presence, devotion, reverence, care, and coherence.

Our values live through how we listen, create, steward, meet difficulty, and relate with one another.

HūRosa is a place to return to.

To renew, practice, deepen one’s work, and take part in a community devoted to greater peace, connection, joy, and freedom –

and where a growing constellation of people can unite around a shared desire to contribute to a more harmonious future for humanity.

Our Values

How We Live and Work Together

Presence and Coherence
We value attention, honesty, and being fully present. Presence helps us listen well, act clearly, and align our words, actions, and responsibilities.

Commitment and Follow-Through
We value determination, initiative, and doing what we say we will do. We follow through on our commitments without needing repeated reminders or management. If circumstances change, we communicate openly and early so that expectations can be renegotiated and the work can keep moving forward.

Stewardship and Making Things Right
We care for the spaces, tools, resources, and work entrusted to us. We take responsibility for our actions and mistakes, and when something is damaged, lost, or neglected through our actions, we make a genuine effort to repair, replace, restore, or otherwise make it right.

Shared Responsibility and Contribution
HūRosa is shaped by the people who take part in it. We value contribution over performance, participation over status, and responsibility over entitlement. Everyone has something to offer, and everyone shares in the care of the whole.

Health and Self-Responsibility
We value a healthy way of living that supports physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Each person is responsible for caring for their body, managing their energy and rest, and making choices that help them show up well for themselves and the community.

Practice, Wisdom, and Devotion

Devotion in Daily Life
Devotion is expressed through consistency and care. It appears in how we prepare a meal, tend a room, keep a promise, welcome a guest, or complete a task. Small acts done well are part of the practice.

Wisdom of the Heart
We value the intelligence of the heart alongside the intellect. Through coherence, presence, and deep listening, we cultivate sensitivity to the heart’s communication and strengthen our capacity for intuition, discernment, emotional attunement, and inner guidance. This awareness informs how we choose, relate, and live.

Wisdom Teachings and Inner Practice
We value the study and practice of contemplative and wisdom traditions that deepen self-knowledge, awareness, and understanding of human consciousness. Through meditation, self-inquiry, devotional practice, and engagement with mystics and contemplative thinkers, we cultivate greater clarity, discernment, and depth in how we live.

Sound, Silence, and Deep Listening
Music, voice, rhythm, and silence inform our awareness and shared language. We honor world devotional and traditional musical practices as disciplines that deepen listening and help cultivate a more heart-centered sensitivity to frequency, resonance, and the subtler dimensions of experience. We carry this practice of deep listening into everyday life and relationship.

Reverence for the Divine Mother
We honor the Divine in all forms, while holding a place of tender adoration for the Divine Mother. Through shrines, devotional song, offerings, beauty, and care, we cultivate reverence for her presence and for the qualities of compassion, nourishment, protection, receptivity, and creative power.

Nature, Time, and the Cosmos

Living in Rhythm with the Earth and Seasons
We recognize that human life is inseparable from the rhythms of the Earth, the seasons, and the larger movements of the cosmos. As people have done across cultures for thousands of years, we pay attention to the solstices, equinoxes, and the four seasonal points between them as markers of natural time. These eight gates help us remain conscious of where we are in the yearly cycle and the corresponding rhythms of rest, renewal, growth, harvest, and transition.

Harmony with Nature and Regeneration
In a modern world that can distance us from our interdependence with nature, we seek, where possible, to make choices that restore connection with natural cycles. We value regenerative practices such as composting, building healthy soil, growing food sustainably, choosing natural alternatives, and caring for the long-term wellbeing of the land and all living things.
