Application for
All-Inclusive HūRosa Volunteer Retreat

Nuestra Visión

HūRosa is being created as a retreat center, sanctuary, and living place of learning in the Alpujarras of Andalucía.

It is a place where people can step away from the usual pace of life and reconnect with greater presence, creativity, well-being, meaningful relationship, and the natural world.

Our Mission

HūRosa is a nonprofit cultural and educational foundation dedicated to inner cultivation, spiritual development, human potential, cultural exchange, and lifelong learning.

Through retreats, conferences, trainings, residencies, gatherings, and artistic programs, we create opportunities for people to deepen self-awareness, strengthen purpose, develop practical and inner capacities, and live with greater presence, confidence, creativity, and connection.

We believe that a better world is shaped through the inner work of individuals. By supporting people in becoming more conscious, capable, compassionate, and aligned, we contribute to a more connected human collective and a healthier relationship with the living natural world.

An Invitation to Be
Part of our Team

We are inviting people who feel aligned with this mission to join us for a gifted three-day, all-inclusive Volunteer Retreat.

  • Six hours of volunteer service on Saturday
  • Six hours of volunteer service on Sunday

Volunteer activities may include communications, fundraising, gardening, painting, cooking, preparing rooms, organizing, cleaning, carpentry, creative projects, or professional support.

Growing a Community

These retreats are also an opportunity to meet people who may wish to stay connected with HūRosa.

For some, this may be one meaningful weekend. For others, it may lead naturally to future volunteer days, retreats, residencies, professional collaboration, program development, or wider participation in the HūRosa community.

Nothing further is expected or guaranteed. We are simply creating space to meet through shared service and discover what may grow from there.
